In order to install Pro-TRACK on your system
or we site we need to capture the sales information from your ordering system.
This information can be retrieved in most cases either from your order form,
shopping cart or merchant account. Each setup is different and to insure that
Pro-TRACK will work with your system it is recommended that you submit for a
FREE site survey so that we can make that determination.
Due to the complexities and
all of the functions included in Pro-TRACK, installation is already
included in the price. All you need to do is kick back and relax and when our
technicians have completed your installation we will turn over the key to you
own unique Administration panel.
Due to limited technical personnel we prefer
you use e-mail for your questions and support. We are on a high speed internet
connection and online almost 24 hours a day. We answer all e-mail requests on
the same day sometime within hours. We do not return long distance phone calls,
so if no one is available to answer your call you must call back during normal
business hours.
