I recently signed up with Clickinc and soon canceled by subscription. The integration team was a pleasure to work with. Once installed i needed help in running the actual system. I soon found out that they have no documentation so i got directed to a call center in India. I couldn’t understand a word this guys was saying so i contacted Andre their Business / Marketing Manager ( Part Owner). He assured me he will contact me at a convenient time and run me through all the features. Till this day i haven’t received a single phone call from him only excuses after i emailed him.
I wouldn’t recommend their company to anyone.

Please be advised that clickinc is or is closely related to 4rx.com. So if you plan on using clickinc to manage your pharma related affiliate program understand that a direct competitor(4rx.com) is in arms length to your data(leads, traffic sources, sales, campaigns and creative)
