1stshoppingcart after using it for several clients is about the most over rated hype system we have used. We encountered continual system bugs and out right failuers.

1shoppingcart is more of a hassle than it’s worth! The tutorials are outdated. Their system for discounting products, either through links or coupon codes, rarely works. Customer support is poorly trained and slow to respond. What’s worse, they’re now requiring you to pay for customer support. Shouldn’t customer support be automatically included in the monthly fee, not an additional feature you have to purchase? Customer support is the worst thing about the company - imagine your worst outsourced customer support experience and double it.
